Title: Director of Social Services
Hours: Full-time
Location: Dayton
Brief Description:
Manages the clinical and administrative operations of all CSSMV's Dayton Area social service programs. Works collaboratively with other members of Executive Team to assure quality of the overall organization. Programs include: Adoption/Foster Care/ Pregnancy Counseling, Mental Health, Supervised Visitation (Erma's House), Teen Link, Refugee Resettlement, and Mission Services.

Minimum Requirements:
- Master's in Social Work with a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience, which includes supervision and administration
- Licensed or eligible by the State of Ohio required; Licensed at an independent level preferred
- At least 5 years management experience
- Thorough knowledge of professional social services practice and standards
- Ability and/or knowledge to plan, develop, monitor and evaluate programs
- Knowledge of fiscal management and budgeting
- Ability to manage personnel and provide leadership
- Ability to assess community needs, develop programs that respond to community needs and agency mission, including ability to develop, formulate and present strategic planning process and implement such while involving others
- Ability to effectively work with other organizations in the community
- Commitment to CSSMV's mission and goals and knowledge of the Catholic faith
Title: Assistant Director
Hours: Full-time

Brief Description:
Provide direction and support in the area of efficiency and effectiveness in the daycare program, including the areas of compliance with licensing rules, Performance Standards, Accreditation, Step Up to Quality (SUTQ), MVFCC and CSSMV policy and procedure, as well as efficiency in staff performance, operating procedures and streamlining documentation requirements. Ideally, the candidate would be training to replace the Director.
Principle responsibilities include:
- Mentoring teachers to ensure high quality care and education
- Assisting the director in ensuring all requirements of ODJFS Licensing, SUTQ, Head Start and NAEYC are being met. Including but not limited to:
- Lesson plans
- Classroom Observations
- Quality Improvement Plans
- Timelines
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education AND at least 9 credit-bearing hours of specialized college-level course work in administration, leadership and management AND at least 24 credit-bearing hours of specialized college-level course work in early childhood education, child development, elementary education, or early childhood special education that encompasses child development and children's learning from birth through kindergarten; family and community relationships; the practices of observing, documenting, and assessing young children; teaching and learning processes; and professional practices and development
- Prefer Masters in ECE
Title: Associate Therapist
Hours: The Associate Therapist position allows you to work flexible hours around your schedule and based on your client needs (the office is open during the day and on several weekday evenings, closed weekends)
Location: Dayton
Brief Description:
Provide on-going and follow-up treatment to children, families, and couples. Paid for units of service that are provided, documented and, if applicable, billable, for opening/closing cases, and attendance at mandatory meetings or trainings. Not paid for no-shows.
Minimum Requirements:
- Masters degree in social work or counseling; LISW or LPCC required (Supervision preferred)
- Must be a part of insurance panels
- Previous experience working with children, families and couples
- Sound interviewing, interviewing and documentation skills
Title: Assessor / Case Manager - Northern Counties
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, daytime hours
Location: Sidney
Brief Description:
This community-based position provides assessment, care planning and case management services for individuals from the community who are seeking nursing home placement, Community Care Choice services and/or other programs requiring a level of care determination or needs assessment. Key responsibilities include patient assessment, care plan development and implementation, ongoing case management, and consumer education.
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing and licensed to practice in the state of Ohio as an RN -OR-Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field and licensed to practice in the state of Ohio as LSW
- At lease one year prior experience in home health care, medical social work, geriatrics or an appropriate substitute as approved in advance by ODA
- Ability to work as a team member
- Demonstrated ability to record and provide written reports
- Successful completion of appropriate Community Care Choice modules and certification testing
