Pregnancy Counseling

Decision-making counseling is for pregnant women considering adoption at any stage of their pregnancies. Decision-making counseling is a process that involves carefully weighing all of your options. The core of the process includes an exploration of facts and feelings. Other options may include placing your baby with a relative or a family you already know.

If you decide to parent your child, we can help. We can give you information about childcare, housing, financial assistance, parenting classes, support groups, and other services available in your community that will help you and your baby.

Our caring counselors will help you and other important people in your life before and after your baby is born. Unless you give us permission, we cannot give information about you to anyone.

If you decide to make an adoption plan for your child, we can help facilitate all aspects of that plan. We can give you information about open, confidential, and identified adoption options. We can also assist you with medical expenses, legal services and reasonable living expenses. Our pregnancy counselors offer ongoing support before, during, and after whatever decision you make.

Confidential counseling is available at our offices in Dayton, Piqua, or Sidney, or we can meet you at a location of your choice. Counselors will even visit you in your home.

For an appointment or just to talk, call:
937-223-7217 or 1-800-300-2937

Counselors can be reached 24 hours / 7 days a week.
