HOLY HOOPS!

SIGN UP NOW!

SIGN UP NOW!

Join Catholic Social Services’ fun twist on a basketball bracket pool to raise awareness about our organization. No basketball knowledge required!

Information about our services will be sent between rounds,* and as a tiebreaker, the bracket with most Catholic schools correctly picked will win. Spread the word to family and friends!

No entry fee is required; the bracket is free to enter. While you’re visiting our website, we invite you to consider making a donation of $20 or more per bracket and to learn about our services. Any donations will not increase your odds of winning.

The winner will receive a bottle of New Riff single-barrel bourbon, two tickets to the Shine Dayton Celebration on October 6, and a night’s stay for two and the Fairfield Inn and Suites Dayton (valid through October 31) – an over $350 value! The second place winner will also receive a bottle of New Riff bourbon.

To enter, simply follow the link below, create an account if needed, and enroll in Catholic Social Services’ Holy Hoops! bracket pool. Follow instructions to select which schools you believe will win each game of the tournament. Once you submit your bracket, you could win!

The pool will open after brackets are announced on the evening of Sunday, March 12. All brackets must be submitted by noon on Thursday, March 16. Must be 21 to enter.

*Please note, we will send regular updates (especially between rounds) describing the programs at Catholic Social Services to the email registered to your account. We will send subsequent updates about our services to your email. If you do not wish to receive emails after our winners have been announced, please contact dillonb@cssmv.org, expressing your desire to be removed from the email list.

While you’re here on our website, we invite you to take a few minutes to look around and see whether any of our services might be of use to you or someone you love. You can also use the buttons below to support us by making a financial contribution or by seeing what items you might be able to donate to our programs.

If you have any questions about our agency, our programs, or Holy Hoops, please feel free to give us a call at 937.223.7217.

  • RideConnect Exceeds ExpectationsJanuary 14, 2025 - 11:53 am

Primarily funded by the Ohio Department of Transportation, our RideConnect volunteer driver program has exceeded expectations in its first three years of its existence. Starting with one driver in July 2021, the program now has 25 drivers providing rides to essential appointments, work, and other destinations. Drivers logged 93,341 miles from July 2021 to the end of September 2024, providing more than 3,000 rides and spending over 4,400 hours serving others. Volunteers are trained, use their own vehicles, and are compensated for mileage.
